HXL's four-stage delivery process. Concept and feasibility (2-4 weeks). Proposal and contract (3-6 weeks). Construction delivery (6-24 months typical). Handover and aftercare with 12-month workmanship warranty.

Every scheme is delivered under JCT Standard Building Contract or JCT Design & Build, with fixed price and dated programme milestones. Weekly QS valuations and a live cost-and-programme client portal throughout delivery.
