**Do you work with our own architect?**

Yes. This is the norm. Your architect retains design lead; we deliver. If you haven't appointed one, we introduce from a vetted network.

**What's the typical timeline from first meeting to starting on site?**

For architect-ready schemes, 8 to 12 weeks through tender, contract and mobilisation. For schemes still in design, 6 to 12 months.

**Do you provide interiors as part of the build?**

Yes. Fit-out, joinery, kitchens, bathrooms, M&E and styling are delivered in-house as part of the main contract.
