Drawings review & cost plan Cost plan returned against your tender pack within 10 working days. ### 02. Contract negotiation JCT form agreed, priced schedule locked, programme dated. ### 03. On site Weekly reporting to architect and client. AIs tracked, valued and logged. ### 04. Practical completion Snag-free handover, O&M pack, rectification-period response under contract. ## FAQ **Which architects have you worked with?** We work with London residential practices across private-home, development and heritage briefs. Named references available on request. **Do you accept two-stage tender?** Yes. Often preferable for complex schemes.
