HXL's interiors team delivers the finish specification. Either from a design prepared by your appointed interior designer, or developed in-house alongside the build. Full M&E fit-out, bespoke joinery, kitchens and bathrooms, wardrobes, and styling coordination sit under one accountable team.

## Process

### 01. FF&E schedule

Long-lead items identified at design stage and ordered against programme.

### 02. First fix

Joinery carcase, M&E rough-in, underfloor heating installed and tested.

### 03. Second fix

Stone, tiles, cabinetry doors, appliances, sanitaryware fitted.

### 04. Styling

Final install, soft furnishings, art and snag-free handover.

## FAQ

**Do you have an in-house interior designer?**

We coordinate closely with the client's appointed designer. For clients without one we introduce from a vetted network.

**Can you procure art and soft furnishings?**

Yes. As a paid service at cost plus handling, or through your designer's own procurement.
