HXL delivers commercial construction for owner-occupiers, landlords, tenants and developer-clients. Scope spans ground-up commercial new build, full-shell refurbishment and reconfiguration, CAT A landlord-side fit-out, CAT B tenant-side fit-out, and end-of-lease reinstatement. Schemes are principal-contractor-managed under JCT Standard Building Contract or JCT Design & Build, with the same fixed-price, dated-programme discipline as our residential work. Hospitality, retail and small-to-mid workplace fit-out delivered to occupied-trading and out-of-hours sequencing where required.
