Overview

The core of HXL's business. We act as principal contractor under JCT Standard or Design & Build across residential schemes from £500k to £5m+. Scheme types include ground-up new builds, full-house refurbishments, side and rear extensions, loft conversions, basements and multi-unit development. Delivered by a resident site team to a dated programme.

Mobilisation

Site compound, hoarding, welfare, CDM leadership appointed.

Substructure & shell

Groundworks, substructure, frame, envelope. Weekly programme tracked.

First and second fix

M&E rough-in, plastering, joinery, finishes. Site QS valuing weekly.

04

Completion

Snagging, commissioning, handover and O&M documentation pack.
