What we deliver in private residential.

Private residential is HXL's core work. Principal contractor on new builds, whole-house refurbishments, major extensions, loft conversions and basement excavations for homeowners. Schemes typically £500k to £3m+, delivered under JCT Standard or Design & Build, 10 to 24 month programmes.

Yes. This is the norm. Your architect retains design lead; we deliver. If you haven't appointed one, we introduce from a vetted network.

For architect-ready schemes, 8 to 12 weeks through tender, contract and mobilisation. For schemes still in design, 6 to 12 months.

Yes. Fit-out, joinery, kitchens, bathrooms, M&E and styling are delivered in-house as part of the main contract.
