A significant proportion of HXL's work is the refurbishment and rebuilding of prime homes for private clients who value discretion. These schemes are delivered as principal contractor under JCT Standard, combining heritage-sensitive construction, basement engineering and high-specification interiors. Many are not published online; completed-work evidence and references for a given area are available at an initial consultation.
