HXL was appointed as principal contractor to deliver a ground-up new-build block of six apartments in Pinner, four two-bedroom and two one-bedroom, for a private developer client. Procured under JCT Design & Build, the scheme ran from substructure through to a sales-agent-ready specification across all units, with the single-point responsibility and commercial discipline a developer-led residential scheme requires.
